Study lacks any information on:
* statistical tools which must be justified by results of normality tests of variables; for comparison of several groups one-way independent-measures ANOVA or Kruskal-Wallis test must be used depending on results of normality test; for more than two measures, within group conditions-repeated measures One-way ANOVA (parametric) or Friedman (non parametric) test must be used.

审稿人的建议，对于多组间的比较，如果数据变量是正态分布的话，可以用one-way independent-measures ANOVA，不是正态分布的话用 Kruskal-Wallis test. 重复测量的话，基于同样的道理，用within group conditions-repeated measures One-way ANOVA 或者 Friedman 方法。
谢谢! 但是 比如说我的所有组别都和control组作对比，这种是多组间的比较么？数据变量是正态分布又是什么意思呢？我之前都是直接用的TTEST检验，可能确实不是特别严谨； 重复测量又是什么意思呢？我的数据都是每个组别重复三次得到的
组别都和control组作对比，这个不算多组比较。但这样做正确与否要看你的实验目的。
正态分布你自己查资料吧。T检验一般要求两个被比较的样本来自正态总体，如果样本量足够大，不符合正态分布也行。
重复测量是指在不同的时间点上通过重复测量同一个受试对象获得的指标的观察值。
我不是审稿人，不知道你的文章做了什么，所以只是帮你解释下审稿人的意思
