各位大神，小弟近遇难题，望乞相助指教！

    问题描述：
            
          去年，在Elsevier 下的“Superlattices and Microstructures”投稿，经过多次修改，今天七月份收到接收邮件，文章随后转到the Elsevier Production Department。
          在文章最后的校验阶段，我们请求添加最后一个作者，随后收到邮件，大意就是：
      “Written confirmation (email, fax, letter) from all authors that they agreewith the change. Please be aware that publication of your accepted manuscript will be suspended until we have confirmation that authorship has been agreed.”
          随后，我们所有的作者都给期刊指定邮箱发邮件说同意添加作者，然而网络出版依然没有继续。
         9月6日，我发邮件问情况，说我们已经发邮件确认了。
         9月23日回复，内容如下“In the previous correspondence, I have contacted you with the authorship confirmation. I would be grateful if you could provide your response at your earliest convenience.”！可是我们所有作者都已经提供了邮件确认了啊。这是什么情况？难道是我对“Written confirmation (email, fax, letter) ”的理解有错误？

       所以请教各位，这里的Written confirmation (email, fax, letter) 是不是说email, fax, letter都要提供，如果这样可就太麻烦了！！！难道一定要written的？
