that, which, who, whom 功能类似的代名词, 因为紧跟名词本身, 几乎多余, 所以随时都可省略而不影响原意

语法书背多了, 看不到 that, which, who 就觉得怪, 但代名词过多会造成无谓的重复, 应尽量避免

日常英语会话中常听到    "I think that..[停顿, 然后一整句]"     说出 that 让对方先别出声, 让我先好好想想

还有日常会话(尤其是辩论) 或广告中常见的   "... Which is why..."   W 大写, Which = 代名词, 紧跟刚说, 刚写的复杂内容, 而不重复     语法书不允许, 但很常见
