今天收到International Journal of pavement Engineering 的审稿意见，要求修改后再审，但是下面的审稿意见是空的。是不是可以继续咨询杂志社的人？本人第一次投稿SCI，很多地方不太清楚，望大家指教。谢谢！下面附上邮件内容：
