IEICE Trans on Communications审稿请教
文章目前两个审稿人意见已经回到编辑那边了，审稿状态如下：

然后我看了下各个审稿状态的意思，the meaning of 'The 1st Evaluation has been completed':
The 1st Evaluation has been completed.
* For authors of the Transactions on "Communications" and "Electronics", the notification of conditional acceptance will be sent after an English quality check of the manuscript. It normally takes a couple of weeks.
本人投稿期刊是IEICE Transactions on Communications，我第一次投稿，搞不懂目前文章审稿状态的意思，请问文章是条件接收了吧?应该不会被拒吧？我表示很担心.......求大神指导.....
