投稿后，论文被拒了，建议了一些期刊（Journal of Process Control, Chemical Engineering Processing or Computers & Chemical Engineering）。

    Our increasing number of submissions has led us to become more selective regarding the manuscripts we send for peer review.  Not all manuscripts that report solid applied chemistry/chemical engineering research can be forwarded to reviewers.  In reviewing your submission, I found your contribution to be of scientific interest, but unfortunately, I have concluded that this material is useful but beyond the research scope of I&EC Research and cannot be considered further.  Instead, I feel that your manuscript would have a much stronger impact and audience in the field of  process systems engineering or process control with journals such as Journal of Process Control, Chemical Engineering Processing or Computers & Chemical Engineering, with a readership that would better appreciate the results of your contribution.
