Authors should submit manuscript electronically either as a PDF or Microsoft Word file to the Editor-in-Chief or one of the Regional Editors or one of the Associate Editors in their demographic regions (Asia, Europe, North America). Authors are highly encouraged to submit manuscript electronically as a PDF file (preferred) or MS Word file to save time for the reviewing process.
