你好，请问下，我投稿在RSC ADV，正在in peer review,还没有回信？有没有希望中呢？？？我想咨询下，现在投稿的话，它是10月3号开源就要收钱了，那我之前投稿后面如果出来的话还要交钱吗？

期刊是这样说的，我理解错了吗？是17年开源，可是10月3号之后就要收费了。不管了，希望能中吧，现在也不懂情况。感谢您的回复！
RSC Advances is an international, peer-reviewed journal covering all of the chemical sciences, including multidisciplinary and emerging areas.

From the first issue in January 2017, it will be a gold open access journal. This change will give researchers unlimited access to the latest papers in every key subject in the chemical sciences.

The article processing charge (APC) is ￡750. For the first two years (2017-2018), this will be discounted to ￡500 for all authors, with further discounts and waiver options also available.

Articles submitted on or after 3rd October 2016, if accepted, will be published in a 2017 issue and the appropriate APC will apply
