请教XRD分析数据的问题
对于一个XRD图谱（见附件图片1），文献中有这样一段话：According to the Scherrer formula,the crystallite sizes in the a and c-directions can be calculated from the full width at half-height (W1/2) of the (110) and (003) reflections, respectively.
并给出了计算的数据（见附件图片2）。我不知道这个full width at half-height (W1/2)代表什么意思，并且是怎么得到数值的。还有crystallite sizes in the a and c-directions 的这两个数值怎么得到的。

这两个数据分别是半峰宽（B）和晶粒尺寸(Dc)有专门的谢乐公式，网上直接可以搜到
full width at half-height (W1/2)就是半高宽，衍射峰一半强度时的峰宽，可以有测试数据方便得到。更多的文献是用 full width at half maximum (FWHM)表示。
（003）衍射峰就是c轴取向的，由其半高宽可以按谢乐（Scherrer）公式估算晶粒尺寸。
