PLEASE NOTE:The standard submission length is 8 pages in the double-column, single-spaced format. However, review of your paper will not be postponed as long as your new submission does not exceed 13 pages in the double-column, single-spaced version. Any new manuscript of 14 pages or more will be sent back due to length and the authors will be asked to reduce the length of their paper. If the paper should be accepted, overlength page fees will still be charged beginning on the 9th published page
