Failed for 2016 NSFC Young Program.
Sorry that I can only input English because I am now on oversea trip.
My case is as follows.
Research area: Information Science-Electronic Science and Technology.
Academic Achievement:
13 1st authored SCI journal papers(mostly published in IEEE Transactions);
13 co-authored SCI journal papers;
40+ conference papers(mostly 1st author);
a few international academic awards.
Maybe my proposal was too bad.
Until now, I still have not received the reviewers' comments.
