An author-created Table of Contents graphic (TOC Art) is required in the manuscript. You may embed the TOC Art in the manuscript or upload it as a manuscript graphic file, designated as Graphics for Manuscript. Please note that TOC Art may not carry a caption (legend) or a credit. Do not include a Table of Contents. TOC Art will appear with the online version of the paper next to the abstract, and in the electronic Table of Contents for the issue.

In your cover letter please provide the exact source of all photos and images in the TOC Art. Use only photos taken by one of the authors. Do not use any photo or image where a brand name is visible. Do not use photos of identifiable people. Do not use photos or images downloaded from the internet. Do not use photos or images under a Creative Commons license or purchased from a photo site.
