中途7月14日催稿一次，编辑7月16日回复：

I have communicated to the editor in this regard and will keep you posted as soon as I receive a response.

到现在8月7号，还在under review.
under review的时间一直没变过。

我看了这个杂志最近发表的文章，统计了10篇，从投稿到接收大概3.9个月。

年底就找工作了，所以我现在很迷茫，要不要再催一下。或者何时再催合适？
