原文中这样描写:The crystallinity of BCNF increased during ultrasonic treatment, in which the non-crystalline regions of cellulose was moved.
审稿人针对这句话的意见是:Ultrasonication will help to separate fibrils so nanofibers can be obtained but I completely disagree that you can separate amorphous regions from the fibril. To do that a chemical hydrolysis need to be performed.
