审稿三个半月，回来一个意见。不知道还要多久。

这个投稿有时候全靠运气，快的有一个月的，慢的三四个月也大把，没错，我说的就是part a

收到悲剧消息了。这个帖子可以关闭了。

6月13日投稿，到今天10月2日，近四个月的审稿。审稿人很专业。编辑有些严厉。

The Journal currently receives far more quality papers than we can publish and therefore I regret to say that we are unable to further consider this manuscript.
