三个月前投了一个短文，6页，主编给了修改6周时间是大修小修啊？ up to 6 Magazine pages 这里的Magazine pages 是多大那？投的IEEE下的一个Magazine，毕竟页数有限制，还有10行空白就6页了~~

主要问题比较难得是审稿人1给拒了，说背景要多介绍，可是篇幅问题限制6页，介绍太多页数就超了怎么办？另外我提的这个系统目前就木有，所以验证起来比较麻烦，还是说要加一些仿真结果来支撑？

As a journal, more background and introduction are required. Idea for using extra information generate MA+ is good, but it needs more work to convince your work is adequate used in ETCS systems. No validation is given in this paper, which is needed in your next revision.
