Your corrections are very good and the manuscript is now in good shape, but we still need you to remove machine-generated text from your microscope images in Figures 5 and 11.  In Figure 5, you already added your own scale bar and text, but the machine-generated text still needs to be removed.  In Figure 11, you need to add your own very obvious scale bar and text and remove the machine-generated text.  It would be good to increase the size of the scale bar and font in Figure 2(a) as well.  I apologize for the inconvenience, but this will make your figures look much better and improve the impact of the published paper.
