编辑给了三个月的时间修改文章，应该是大修。给了修改机会说明文章有被接收的可能，楼主参考审稿意见仔细修改，认真回复，修改到位希望很大，
应该是按照审稿意见在三个月内修改好了就可以发表了啊
修改，改完还要给之前的审稿人看，他们觉得没问题就OK了。祝你顺利。
