问题1 Communication Articles Special Instructions中的Communication Articles之一种文章类型么？
问题2limit the manuscript length to no more than 2000 words (ALL INCLUSIVE) and 1-4 single-column-width figure parts. 中的 1-4 single-column-width figure parts是什么意思啊？

问题1 Communication Articles Special Instructions中的Communication Articles之一种文章类型么？

Communication和Article是文章的类型，Communication篇幅短，但介绍的内容有足够新意；Article的研究比较全面，新意的要求不如Communication。

我看上面发表的文章都有Electrochemical Society Active Member，请问这是什么意思呢
