The candidates will be also involved in a variety of research activities to expand their horizons and develop solid skills for future research career. Publication and communication of findings are strongly encouraged. Internal research funding and man power resources are also available to encourage and support the research staff's self-motivated research initiatives.

Requirements
Master degree and doctorate degree holders in environmental engineering[环境工程］
atmospheric science or a closely related discipline are strongly encouraged to apply.［大气科学以及相关或联系的学科］
Candidates are required to have strong laboratory and/or field skills with a good understanding of aerosol and air pollution fundamentals. ［需要有基本实验技能以及对气溶胶和大气污染有基础知识］
Instrumentation use experience, programming and algorithm development capabilities, large data assimilation experiences are bonus.［了解如何使用测量，监测仪器；算法和编程；大数据处理经验者优先］
