最近投了一篇文章，与之前我中的文章有一部分相同，结果被编辑在十分钟内就拒稿了，我想修改修改再投，把这篇文章与之前不同的内容突出写，不知道对不对，希望大家给点思路，不胜感谢，以下是拒稿信：
Materials and Design experiences a very high level of submissions, and there is strong competition for publication as the Journal has a limited amount of space. In order to save the time of both reviewers and authors, manuscripts are subjected to a preliminary screening by the Editor of the Journal, in order to determine if they should go forward for review.

Although all research builds on prior results, noticeable similarity with previously published findings may reduce that originality which forms a crucial consideration in the prioritization of submissions for further review.

I regret to inform you that your manuscript did not obtain a sufficient priority rating in relation to the space available for publication for us to be able to give it any further consideration for publication in Materials and Design.

I am sorry not to be able to give you better news, and wish you success in publishing this paper elsewhere. Thank you for giving us the opportunity to consider your work.
