今年3月份投稿IET Power Electronics，到现在已经接近4个月，前两天催稿，催稿后编辑回复如下，因为明年毕业就靠这篇文章了，所以等的比较着急。此外这个期刊今年被SCI镇压了，影响因子为0。明年算SCI的几率多大呢，如果不算SCI，还是趁早改投吧。
