Thank you for your message.  While this is certainly an important and timely topic,  we’re sorry to say that PLOS Medicine does not generally publish narrative reviews, other than as part of a previously arranged collection of research articles. In this case, while we have an upcoming Special Issue on translation of the cancer genome, the topic is not a fit for the commentary we plan to include.
