IET PE投稿求助
问题一：
IET的投稿须知上有这样的说明：
If your manuscript has previously been submitted to this or any other journal (including other IET journals) and subsequently rejected, you must provide copies of all correspondence involving the earlier submission including the final decision letter. You must also include an additional document detailing how you have improved your paper from the previous rejected version. Please upload this document alongside both your submitted manuscript file and your cover letter. Failure to do so may cause delays or interruptions to paper processing and will result in the rejection of your manuscript.
如果之前投别的期刊被拒，要求提供投该期刊的原稿和审稿意见，并说明做了什么改进。
是不是一定要按照这个要求做？之前被拒的文章中，有些审稿人提的问题解决不了，没有很大改进，会不会有影响？

我们行业的文章，一般都是图较多，表很少。如果我的字数在4500-5000之间，图有14个，表有4个，图+表<20个（篇幅限制中图<10，表<10）。将表的个数额度匀一点到图里去，这样行不行？

楼主，你好，以下仅供参考。
问题1：需要按要求做的，解决不了的可以解释为什么，自身实验条件限制还是就是一个亟待解决的世界性难题等等，自己该做的认真做好了，编辑也不会无故拒稿。
问题2：字数，图，表数量要求并不那么严格，楼主可以适当把2个图放到一个图里面分a，b标出，实在调整不了超出2幅图也没事。编辑不会因为这方面拒你的稿子，IET pel编辑还是很包容的个人感觉。

IET PEL无需注明以前投过稿被拒，除非你以前投的是IET旗下的期刊。
但现在你要注意IET PEL今年因自引被镇压了，估计明年也很难解放。如果你偏电力系统，可以投IET EPA
没有啊，我是菜鸟啊，只是胆子大，投稿试试，结果均未出来。IET是帮我同学问的。

想趁着现在没IF，估计投稿少，文章可能会容易接受些，所以想试试。
