楼主去年12月1号，投稿一篇到Environmental research letters，等待3个月，收到返回意见，拒搞重投。
Reviewer 1的意见：
For all of these reasons I recommend rewriting the present version of the paper. However, it is clear that a great deal of careful analysis has gone into the study, and it would be relatively easy to turn this into a very good paper. The authors should focus on the point made in the introduction:
Reviewer2 的意见
Recommendation: the manuscript needs larger amendments before publishing. I suggest the rethink of the content and the resubmission of the manuscript.

然后LZ按照审稿人意见修改完以后，于3月21号又投了过去。。。又等了3个月，然后一直没有收到审稿意见，楼主写邮件给编辑催稿（这个杂志正常周期是1.7个月）。编辑说没收到审稿意见。催稿以后三天，状态从Awaiting Referee Reports变化 awaiting decision，等再过3天，到今天状态突然又变成了Awaiting Referee Reports。
