编辑意见，求各位大神解释一下
Thank you for submitting your paper to International Journal of Mechanical Sciences.

Whilst we feel that the paper may have sufficient technical content to justify its being sent to international referees, we feel that the quality of the writing should be improved by you first. This should assist the eventual acceptance of the paper. 大意是需要语言加强一下，写作问题，可以找人帮忙修改下，另外编辑认为理论分析不够清楚，这就需要你把相关的背景和具体使用的理论写清楚，新现象的话也需要找理论支撑，或者构建一个理论解释。无论如何这个拒稿非常正面，只是写文章的问题，稍微再加点理论建设和完善，应该不需要更多实验或者模拟了(楼主应该是实验结论的文章吧？)加油，祝改好以后被接收。也祝自己的两篇在审的文章有好结果。共勉

论文的写作水平需要大幅度提高；论文中的分析和解释也太简单了，需要扩展和丰富文中分析的部分，以对你的工作和相关支持的理论进行更好的展示和阐述。只要这些工作做好了，重新投稿后编辑会考虑接受发表。
