小修意见 没读懂！
小修意见回来了，这两条意见大修时编辑提过，总觉得已经改好了，但编辑又提出来了。
于是，就困惑了，是不是真的没读懂是什么意思，所以请大家帮忙，告诉到底是什么意思，非常感谢！
1 In subtitles and sub-subtitles, the first word should begin with a capital letter and the others should be in lower-case letters.
2 Full name should be provided when the acronym is firstly used.

第一条是说你的主标题和副标题的第一个词的首字母应该大写，其余的都是小写。
第二条是叫你如果文章有缩写的词，第一次提及的时候应该给出全称（全拼），提及以后就可以使用缩写了。
