BEJ投稿被拒及编辑给出意见
16号投的，18号还没送审编辑就发来拒稿邮件。有一节内容如下：
However, this manuscript is inappropriate in style and data presentation. Therefore, we are not able to receive this manuscript as it is.
The authors should prepare the manuscript according to our Instruction (see "Guide to Authors".
In addition, the authors have to indicate the errors or standard deviations for the data in Tables and Figures, based on plural experimental sets.
说是我的投稿模版有问题？可是我没有在他们投稿主页上找到模版啊……求有过此经历以及各位投过BEJ的大神指点～～

Elsevier的期刊没有word投稿模板，编辑没有说模板，说的是楼主手稿格式有问题，要求按照作者指南的格式修改。此外，还需要作者在图和表中给出数据的误差。
格式修改后再投，写一个针对技术审查的response即可
