前一投稿审稿意见1 minor 1 major 1 reject，编辑给拒稿。大幅度修改后改投到ACS旗下的另一期刊，提到并附上了之前的审稿结果，得到编辑这一回复。想问这该如何选择：按审稿意见进行逐条修改解释，是不是有可能不需要审稿直接接收。还是告诉编辑进行再次审稿？下面是邮件原文

In order to shorten the review time for your manuscript, the JPC Editor handling your manuscript may want to send it to the same reviewers selected by the ACS Catalysis Editor. We ask that you contact the ACS Editor and have the reviewers' names and a copy of the decision letter sent to our office.Our office also requires a letter detailing the changes you have made to your manuscript based on the comments contained in each review received by the Editor.  If you did not agree with a reviewer’s comment or suggestion, please address the issue in detail.If you prefer us to have the manuscript reviewed without knowledge of the prior reviewers or reviews, we can do this at your request. 返回小木虫查看更多
