课题研究领域:生物仿生材料合成及自组装, 生物仿生蛋白膜的合成以及在其在新能源方面的应用
Focus on developing sequence-defined synthetic polymers (called peptoids) for: 1)
assembly of biomimetic functional materials with hierarchical structures (e.g. biomimetic membranes, peptoid nanotubes and hydrogels) with clean energy applications; 2) biomimetic control of inorganic crystallization (e.g. peptoid-controlled metallic nanoparticle formation and assembly) for sensing and catalysis.

实验室常用设备: Aapptec APEX-SC 396 automated solid-phase synthesizer 固相合成仪; Waters SQD2 UPLC-MS system; Waters Breeze 2 semi-prep HPLC system; 原子力显微镜 Bruker MultiMode 8, Asylum MFP3D with the Horiba Raman system and Asylum Cypher ES; Labconco FreeFreeZone Plus 4.5 Liter Benchtop Cascade (-84 °C) Freeze Dry System; SpectraMax 190 absorbance microplate reader.
Other materials characterization techniques: SEM; cryo-TEM; In situ AFM and TEM imaging; AFM-based dynamic force spectroscopy, NMR; UV-vis; MALDI-TOF-MS-MS; Syncron x-ray diffraction and fluorescence microscopy imaging.
