今早5:30终于录用了，谢谢给与过多次帮助的朋友，无论是病例收集、统计的处理、是否该状态咨询，邮件催稿，或者是示意图的画图等等，谢谢！
从August 10, 2015投出，两天后August 12, 2015即收到论文退回通知，邮件中这么说“Thank you for submitting your manuscript to XXX. Please note there is 3000 words count limit for the article type "original article". Your paper currently stands at 3911. Therefore, we would like to kindly ask you to shorten your manuscript. 要将文章从3911words缩减至3000words以内，费时4天，在不改变文意的情况下终于将文长缩短至2998，于August 16,2015重新投回、上传！ 第二天即进入editor手里了。很快即进入了漫长的under review状态，可是远比原来的时间短，Semtember上旬即进入了reviews completed状态，以为很快就会发回审稿意见，但经过了长达70天的状态，仍定格于reviews completed状态，日期不变，状态不变，终于耐不住等待，发信咨询，
“Dear editor,
Sorry for disturbing you.
I am not sure if it is the right time to contact you to inquire about the status of my manuscript entitled “XXX” (Manuscript Number: XXX), although the status of “Reviews Completed” has been lasting for more than 70 days, since the revised manuscript submitted to journal three months ago.
I would be greatly appreciated if you could spend some of your time checking the status for us. I am very pleased to hear from you on the reviewer's comments.
Thank you very much for your consideration.

编辑第二天即给与了回复，表示了歉意
“Dear Dr. XXX,
We apologize sincerely for the delay; the Editor in Chief has been extremely busy these past weeks.
I have alerted him to your manuscript and stressed the urgency to send you the decision.
I hope he will get in touch with you very soon.
Thank you for your patience and understanding.
Kind regards,”
两天后即收到总编大人的大修通知，“Your manuscript has been reviewed by 2 reviewers and by us. Please note that we do not reveal authors names to reviewers and vice versa.
The reviewers have recommended that major revisions need to be made to your manuscript before a final decision can be reached, please find the comments below. ”，让最晚于Jan-5-2016 投回“Because we are trying to facilitate the timely publication of manuscripts, we look forward to receiving your revised submission before 05 Jan 2016.”。

修改后于December 22 ，2015投回，随机又进入漫长的under review状态，但也是不特别的长，同样等了若干天天后（2月左右）即进入了reviews completed状态，又经过了漫长的等待（55天） ，还是时间、状态没有任何改变，终于耐不住，再次写信咨询
" Dear editor,
Sorry for disturbing you.
I am not sure if it is the right time to contact you to inquire about the status of my manuscript with major revision entitled “XXX” (Manuscript Number: XXX-R1), although the status of “Reviews Completed” has been lasting for more than 55 days, since the revised manuscript submitted to journal four months ago.
I would be greatly appreciated if you could spend some of your time checking the status for us. I am very pleased to hear from you on the reviewer's comments.

同样第二天即收到编辑的歉意信，总编很忙，但已经通知主编期望他及早给我联系等待(I have alerted him to your manuscript and stressed the urgency to send you the decision.)，对主编的措辞比上次更严肃些，正文如下：
“Dear Dr. XXX,
We apologize sincerely for the delay; the Editor in Chief has been extremely busy these past weeks.
I have alerted him to your manuscript and stressed the urgency to send you the decision.
I hope he will get in touch with you very soon.

2天后（April-27-2016）同样收到了总编大人的审稿意见，小修，意见如下：
"Dear Dr. XXX,
Your manuscript has been reviewed by 2 reviewers and by us. Please note that we do not reveal authors names to reviewers and vice versa.
The reviewers have recommended publication, but also suggest that some minor revisions should be made to your manuscript before it can be accepted, please find the comments below."
并让我最晚于Jun 11, 2016.前投回，才不这么晚呢，好好改了改，仅仅一周多，May-9-2016即投回，随即May-12-2016即进入under review状态，而后，May-27-2016即reviews completed状态，等了10天忍不住，再次给发信编辑咨询
“除了稿号成了R2，日期变了变，其他都没变”同样第二天收到了编辑的致歉信，同样内容几乎一样，又经过了2天，今早 5:30收到了主编大人的录用通知，如下：
“We are pleased to inform you that your manuscript has been accepted for publication in XXX”
历时近10个月终于accepted了，哈哈，真是够累人的，但终究是美事一桩吧！！！
