求《高等学校化学学报》英文版 投稿流程。 Chemical Research in Chinese Universities

1. https://link.springer.com/journal/40242网址里面点Submit Online之后，
会出现一个信箱的链接，是不是直接把写好的文章直接发到这个信箱就算投稿了？
2. 除了在该信箱发文章外，还需要发Cover Letter 吗？

Submissions should be accompanied by a brief covering letter from the corresponding author. A cover
should include: 1) the research background, innovation and scientific value of your work, 2) your latest
publications, 3) The name, affiliation, postal address, telephone number and email of the corresponding
author, 4) number of words, figures and tables, 5) 3 -5 recommended reviewers and/or opposed
reviewers (optional)，
