建议一个一个去查期刊主页，自己去对比。
去每一个杂志的官网看看Guideline， 里面都有的，自己看一下就知道了
好像很多都不收啊？IEEE的不超页都不收。当然你要开源就都要交费了。
比较简单的做法是通过站内期刊点评https://muchong.com/bbs/journal.php来查看版面费信息，但有时并不是很准确，所以权威的信息还是通过看期刊官网来获得，有时版面费的信息不一定在作者指南中，
