Please resubmit with a full title page within your manuscript which gives that information as well as full title information and details of all contributing authors.

在论文首页需要列出论文的所有作者（在题目下一行），标注通讯作者，还要给出通讯作者的完整联系方式（一般在页脚给出电子邮箱）。
我还想问一下第二句话是什么意思，什么是full title information ,还有是要把所有作者的联系方式都要写上去吗

好像是格式问题，需要单独的一个title页，上面要有作者信息跟通信作者的详细信息。主要是通信作者
