APOR 1243 应该是你文章编号，让你以后给他们写邮件的时候都要注明这个编号

我投稿系统提交的是word，最后有生成PDF啊，
不太懂 acceptable file formats 是什么格式，网站上也没有什么
可能是你的WORD版本太新了，建议使用WORD2007或者WORD2010
