我三月底投了一篇SCI，前几天被拒了，邮件如下

Thank you for submitting your work to Neurocomputing. Your manuscript has been considered by the Neurocomputing editorial board and we regret to inform you that we not consider it further as a submission to Neurocomputing.

Neurocomputing receives an extremely large number of papers on various areas in neural networks and learning systems; as a result, the threshold for acceptance is high and we have to prescreen all submissions to determine it's fitting to Neurocomputing. The associate editor handling the review suggests submitting it to a more specialized journal. This suggestion has been echoed by the fact that there are very few recent Neurocomputing papers in the references.

In order to allow you to submit the work to a more suitable journal as soon as possible, no further processing of the manuscript will take place.
