投稿当天晚上，编辑就给了immediately reject ，提了两点。第一点比较好解释，但是第二点是:2.  We require that biological activity data be statistically analysed.  但是查看该杂志在杀虫剂创制方面的生测后，发现均没有statistically analysed.  均是和我一样表达方法，这个不知道怎么解释。
最后主编给了让我转投或者修改两点后再投的意见，如下:The Journal receives many more manuscripts than it can publish and difficult decisions must be made on the basis of an article’s perceived priority. The decision has been taken as early as possible to enable you to submit elsewhere or revise the paper to remedy points 1 and 2 above and resubmit.

由于第二点问题不怎么好回答，想请教下有和我类似情况的师兄师姐师弟师妹们。我在修改后第一点之后，我是resubmit ，并在cover letter 里面逐条解释，并说明该杂志上面生物分析都和我一样。还是直接修改后submit 。不在Cover letter 里说明？
