Moreover, the paper suffers of poor English grammar and style. For possible future submissions, please note that only papers written in adequate language are submitted to the review process.
We wish you much success with seeking publication of your mss elsewhere.
现在把abstract和前言都按期刊接受的文章的样式修改了下，想继续投稿，需要在cover letter中说明什么么？
大家看看还有没有机会继续投稿了，本人感觉语言并没有什么太大的问题，投过IF更高的期刊，也没有遇到因为语言拒了的啊~这老编辑太狠啦！

这个是期刊的官方回复。Ceramic International目前来说投稿量巨大，这老编辑也是辛苦了。这个期刊编辑大致看一遍，不感兴趣的就直接拒了。这样也好，不浪费时间。建议改投吧。
