文章投稿EC,两个审稿人，一个小修，一个说文章值得发表但是建议转投材料类杂志。编辑依据审稿意见拒稿。我们感觉有申诉的可能，写了申诉信，认真回复了审稿人的问题，几天后编辑来信说有一个问题回答的不专业，让我修改回答（详情见编辑来信）

那么问题来了：（1）我需要修改手稿吗？？ 如果需要修改手稿，毕竟已经拒稿了，感觉只能重投才能上传新手稿给编辑了？
（2）申诉信肯定需要重写了。然后用不同 颜色标注这次写申诉信与原来的申诉信的不同的。重点从新回答编辑说的那个问题。
