套话。。套话。。套话。。While the manuscript reports solid experimental work on transferring CVD graphene for metal oxide hybrid devices, we believe that the work at this stage represents only incremental advances and hence is better suited for other journals as a full article. In addition to myself, your manuscript was also read carefully by Associate Editor Chun Ning Lau, who has concurred.
