AIP投稿好多审稿人拒绝审稿是什么个问题

本人投稿到AIP review of scientific instruments 结果两周过去了，没耐得住寂寞看了下状态，结果悲剧了，好多审稿人拒绝审稿是个啥问题？被拒可能性是不是特别大？
