刚刚来的审稿意见，主要一下
Reviewer 1 has now commented on your paper. You will see that he is advising that you revise your manuscript. You must provide me with one-to-one complete, detailed answers to all the raised questions.
Reviewer 2 has sent his evaluation by e-mail: admitted and not granted that the paper be correct (I have not time to check), the paper must be a Technical Note (no more than 10 pages, double spaced, including Abstract and References).

而且编辑也没明确表态说接收
按照编辑的说法我要是修改的话是按照 Reviewer 2 as a  Technical Note了？
