1) Proton NMR: for instance:
7.12-8.94m (7H, aromatic–H): the aromatic resonances must better be analyzed
2) 13C NMR: 117.18-150.31 (aromatic-C)
ALL the resonances must be given and assigned ... and the 13C-119/117Sn coupling constants must be given
3) A running head (or running title, short title (less than 70 characters), see Guidelines) must be added to the .doc version of the paper
4) The following .cdx files (no caption in the .cdx file: the captions must only appear in the .doc version of the paper; one file/scheme, figure or equation) Correct abbreviations must be used for the journals:
Compound numbers should be bold, but not atom labels or captions.

我在文章里写了好几个化合物的结构，是每个化合物的要都写明氢和碳的归属吗？还是只写他给的这个啊？
必然啊，化学结构式画在核磁谱图上，比如氢谱，化合物上的氢标注a,b,c....然后再核磁峰上也分别对应标注。而且文中要说明，总不能让审稿人自己分析看看对不对吧
，
都写上，还有耦合常数。编辑不会因为你写的多烦的，只会因为你写的少，数据分析不能证明结果而据稿！
你的格式有很多问题，建议你参照指导手册修改。这么说吧，指导手册上的要求是必须达到的！
