投了acs某文章，大修两轮后收到拒稿通知，如下：

Enclosed are the reviews for your manuscript. Unfortunately, the reviewers continue to find significant problems that render the manuscript unacceptable for publication in the ***********, despite your being given the opportunity to make changes. Based on the reviewers’ comments and our inspection of the manuscript, we are unable to consider your manuscript for publication.

We hope you will be successful in having it published elsewhere.

仔细看3个审稿人意见：
1.My suggestion is to accept after another round of revisions。（以及指出一大堆小错）
2.Use of English is not sufficient for publication。（原话，物其他补充，而且貌似是这个人直接拒了。该老师上两轮的所有问题基本都按要求补完了）
3.第1轮大修后认为满意了。

编辑在上次的时候说找1个英语流利的人改一下，我们找了老师国外的老板修改后还是没有通过。

请教各位虫友，是否遇到类似的情况，也请帮忙评判一下，我们是否还有申诉的机会？
