These comments will be made available to reviewers, so please ensure that no identifying information is included in your response.
Please note that resubmitting your manuscript does not guarantee eventual acceptance, and that your resubmission will be subject to re-review before a decision is rendered.
You will be unable to make your revisions on the originally submitted version of your manuscript. Instead, revise your manuscript using a word processing program and save it on your computer.
Because we are trying to facilitate timely publication of manuscripts submitted to the British Journal of Guidance and Counselling, your revised manuscript should be submitted by 23-Feb-2017. If it is not possible for you to submit your revision by this time we will consider your paper as a new submission. ”
看样子是让大修，但是稿件中的状态是“Reject & Resubmit ”。
想知道这种情况下，有必要修改后在投吗？还是我干脆在投一个新的杂志。
