IEEE Transactions on Consumer Electronics悲剧分析
投了一篇文章到IEEE Transactions on Consumer Electronics,但是因为格式不对被拒稿了。我是按照这个期刊给出的模板写的文章呀，怎么还会出现这个问题。有没有投过这个的大牛，求指导。

The paper has been administratively rejected (for the reasons detailed above) without full technical review.

注意这一句：correctly formatted camera-ready papers
这是要求论文的排版达到最终发表的排版要求。包括各种格式，包括参考文献的格式。
最终发表的那个排版，字体很小，行距很小，我觉得审稿不适合看。图也小的很

这个期刊应该是偏地质啊，遥感啊。图像处理看你处理的对象是什么，如果处理的是类似对象也可以
楼主好可惜，文章根本没有送审，直接就被拒了。而且拒稿的原因是格式不符合要求。这个教训告诉我们：今后在投稿前一定要认真乐队instructions for authors，认真按照杂志格式准备好后才能投稿啊。
