在IEEE PTL上投了篇文章，两天前给了大修意见。Associate Editor给出的Comment意见如下：

几个月前同样在IEEE PTL上投了文章，同样是大修意见，不过当时Associate Editor给出的Comment意见如下：
The reviewers' feedback indicate this is good work that could be published, but still needs further measurements and information to reach the quality we aspire to for archival journals as PTL. Please follow the reviewers' suggestions in correcting and improving your contribution.
