自参加工作以来,主要从事有机合成化学及理论有机化学研究。2010 年入选江苏省高校“ 青蓝工程” 优秀青年骨干教师。作为第一作者或通讯联系人,在《Chem. Eur. J.》、《Org. Lett.》、《J. Org. Chem.》、《Org. Biomol. Chem.》、《Tetrahedron Lett.》、《Tetrahedron》、《J. Comb. Chem.》、《Synlett》、《Bioorg. Med. Chem. Lett.》、《J. Fluorine Chem.》、《J. Heterocyclic Chem.》和《中国化学》等国内外SCI 期刊上发表学术论文多篇。作为项目主持人,已经完成徐州市自然科学基金2项(XJ07065、XM09B016),在研江苏省高校自然科学研究重大项目1 项(09KJA430003)及国家自然科学基金专项基金1 项(21242014)。现主持国家自然科学基金面上项目一项(21372101)。
