文章投稿一审给的回复很纠结，有经验的和英语好的能帮忙回复吗？
我的文章主要研究的是一种药物微粒的制备，实验表征也只是涉及体外实验，现在有一个审稿人给的回复说如果能够做一些体内释放实验他会非常高兴。
但实际上体外和体内研究可以说在医药行业就不是一个专业领域，而且做体内实验周期很长，实验室也没这个条件。现在不准备补实验了，不知道如何委婉的回复他。加上今年过年特别忙，有经验的，能帮我回复下审稿人的意见吗？在此先万分感谢了。要求回复语言谦虚，理由充分，英语语言过关，谢谢您！

Reviewer #1: It is an interesting and well written manuscript with good results, suitable for publication in SUPFLU. Particularly, solubility data and dissolution rate values may constitute valuable data for practical applications in medicinal field. In this regard I would be glad if authors could comment on in vivo or in vivo tests of raw and micronized drug.

Please also note that the in vivo studies are time consuming and requires substantial efforts.
