八月底投了fibers and polymers，第一次两位审稿人提示小修后就可接受，我按照要求进行小修，上传后under review，进而经过一个半月的required review completed，昨晚一看竟然要大修，编辑说虽然两位审稿人都同意发表，但是他觉得小论文存在大量的语法以及表达错误。他的态度很强硬，说了如下的话，Even though reviewers have now suggested that the revised manuscript can be accepted for publication, your revised manuscript has still so many awkward English expressions and grammatical errors. Therefore we cannot proceed to further publication process of your paper at this stage. I, as the editor of Fibers and Polymers, strongly recommend that your 2nd revised paper must be proof-read by one of professional English editors. Unless you submit the certificate of revision issued by professional editor for the 2nd revised paper, we'll never consider your revised paper for publication any longer.
